Brecon Town Council is inviting Tenders for the design, provision, erection and dismantling of hired Christmas lights and decorations in Brecon for a 3 year period 2026 – 2028 inclusive.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenders must be submitted by email to townclerk@brecontowncouncil.org.uk with the following subject line – Tender Submission – For the Design and Supply of Christmas Lights 2026-28 or by hard copy in a sealed envelope marked Tender Submission – For the Design and Supply of Christmas Lights 2026-28 to The Guildhall, Brecon, Powys LD3 7AL before the closing date. Tenders received after this date and time will not be considered. Tenderers are required to comply in all respects with the Bribery Act 2010. Any tender found to involve, or give rise to, conduct in breach of the Act will be disqualified and may be subject to further legal action.
