Section VI: Complementary information
VI.3) Additional information
As this procurement has established a Framework Agreement rather than a single-supplier contract. The framework allows for call-off contracts to be placed on a ranked basis, depending on capacity, availability, and specific requirements at the time of need.
Accordingly, no fixed contract value can be assigned per lot at the point of framework award. This position was made clear within the Invitation to Tender, specifically:
Section 1.1.6 – outlining that call-offs will be made by direct award on a ranked basis; and
Sections 1.1.1.1.7, 2.1.3.1.2 and 2.1.3.1.3 – confirming that appointment to the framework does not guarantee any volume or value of work, and that all indicative figures were provided for evaluation purposes only.
The estimated contract value stated in this notice is based on historic spend and anticipated future requirements for Personal Survival Techniques training. It is provided for transparency and reporting purposes only and does not represent a guaranteed level of expenditure or commitment by City of Glasgow College. Actual call-off values will vary depending on operational needs throughout the duration of the framework.
