Public Health Wales (PHW) is looking for a video production agency to produce a short 4–5-minute diabetic eye screening pathway video.

This video is aimed at everyone aged 12 or over, diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and registered with a doctor in Wales. The video will clearly illustrate what happens to someone who is invited for and attends a diabetic eye screening appointment.

The video will aim to increase knowledge of the diabetic eye screening test and process, assist with promoting informed decision making and remove potential barriers and misconceptions of what happens to someone when accessing diabetic eye screening.
