We are looking to put a contract in place for a secure mail delivery service encompassing next day delivery for Registers of Scotland. We have an obligation to deliver to a number of solicitors and agents and often contain legal documentation.

Explanation
We believe that there is only 1 company who can provide the service that we require within Scotland and that would be DX. Legal Post used to offer a similar service but were bought by DX and now they hold a monopoly on this service. We use Royal Mail for other services but they cannot guarantee next day delivery for example.
