Abstract

Connect to Work is a UK Government-funded employment program designed to help disabled people, those with health conditions, and individuals with complex barriers to employment find and maintain work. It's a voluntary program that integrates work, health, and skills support using a "place, train, and maintain" approach. This approach is based on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). The program aims to support 3616 individuals in North Wales and up to 100,000 individuals across England and Wales.Suppliers are being engaged with to deliver Supported Employment contracts both IPS and SEQF within the employability sector as part of the Connect to Work Programme for North Wales. The contracts will involve supporting people with disabilities who want to work to find local sustainable employment.This is the second event with the market. Scope

Procurement description

Connect to Work is a UK Government-funded employment program designed to help disabled people, those with health conditions, and individuals with complex barriers to employment find and maintain work. It's a voluntary program that integrates work, health, and skills support using a "place, train, and maintain" approach. This approach is based on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). The program aims to support 3616 individuals in North Wales and up to 100,000 individuals across England and Wales.
