Abstract

Adra intends to establish a framework for the provision of estate agency and valuation services across North Wales. The framework will support property disposals, acquisitions, and valuations for social housing and related assets. We are seeking input from the market to: • Understand supplier capability and capacity within North Wales. • Encourage participation from local estate agencies and valuers with strong regional market knowledge. Interested suppliers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) including: • Company details and contact information. • Confirmation of services offered (estate agency, valuation, or both). • Geographic coverage within North Wales. • Any experience working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) or similar housing providers. EOIs should be submitted via email to caffael@adra.co.uk by 5pm Thursday, 4th December. Please note, this is not a call for competition. Participation in this engagement does not grant any advantage in the subsequent procurement process. All future opportunities will be advertised in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
