Further information is available on NRW’s website: https://naturalresources.wales/about-us/what-we-do/?lang=en We are seeking a long-term, sustainable partner who will benefit local communities and enhance tourism by building upon the existing offer on site. NRW is proposing to award a lease of the relevant site to the successful bidder, as detailed further in the attached documentation. NRW is not intending to award a contract for the delivery of services on the site. However, where proposals include activities for the benefit of visitors and local communities, NRW will expect the successful bidder to commit to the arrangements set out in their proposal. ------- Mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru (CNC) yn cynnal ymarfer Cais am Gynnig (RfP) am y cyfle i weithredu prydles o asedau adeiledig a thir yng Nghanolfan Ymwelwyr Bwlch Nant yr Arian. Mae’r gwaith a wnawn i warchod a gwella amgylchedd Cymru yn effeithio ar bopeth sydd bwysicaf – ein cymunedau, ein bywyd gwyllt a’n dyfodol. Rhagor o wybodaeth ar wefan CNC: https://naturalresources.wales/about-us/what-we-do/?lang=cy Rydym yn chwilio am bartner hirdymor, cynaliadwy a fydd o fudd i gymunedau lleol ac yn gwella twristiaeth trwy adeiladu ar y cynnig presennol ar y safle. Mae CNC yn bwriadu dyfarnu prydles o'r safle perthnasol i'r cynigydd llwyddiannus, fel y manylir ymhellach yn y ddogfennaeth atodol. Nid yw CNC yn bwriadu dyfarnu contract ar gyfer darparu gwasanaethau ar y safle. Fodd bynnag, lle mae cynigion yn cynnwys gweithgareddau er budd ymwelwyr a chymunedau lleol, bydd CNC yn disgwyl i'r cynigydd llwyddiannus ymrwymo i'r trefniadau a nodir yn eu cynnig.
