Abstract
Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) (the 'Contracting Authority') have awarded a contract to Constellia Public Limited to appoint TRL Limited through the NEPRO Innovation Framework. This appointment is for the provision of expert Connected Automated Mobility (CAM) guidance and specialist support to CAM projects as part of the Digital Transport programme. Work packages within this Contract include, but are not limited to: Feasibility studies, Full Business Case support for project CASTLE (Connected Automated Strategic Tees Valley Logistics Ecosystem), CAM Governance Board support, and monitoring and evaluation.
