Abstract
The contract will deliver the Wakefield District Adult Population Health Survey, providing comprehensive data on the physical, mental, social and economic wellbeing of residents across the district.The survey addresses gaps in existing data by capturing insights into residents' health behaviours, perceptions, experiences and outcomes, particularly amongst groups that may have limited engagement with public services.The contract includes the design and delivery of the survey, pilot testing, fieldwork, data analysis and reporting.
