Abstract

To carry out works to achieve a more diverse woodland supporting a nature whilst balancing the needs of access and ensure safety. The operations detailed below should be considered with this primary purpose in mind. This piece of work is the first phase of work to restructure the woodland, install new infrastructure and develop a community engagement programme. Work includes thinning, group and selected fell of trees including some dead and dying. to use some felled material in woodland, undertake appropriate ecological supervision, some minor ditch work and installation of leaky dams. Access will require removal and replacement of stock fencing

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Work includes thinning, group and selected fell of trees including some dead and dying. to use some felled material in woodland, undertake appropriate ecological supervision, some minor ditch work and installation of leaky dams. Access will require removal and replacement of stock fencing
