Explanation
The contract was awarded via the Network Services 3 (RM6116) framework established by Crown Commercial Service. The framework was competitively procured in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and is available for use by local authorities.
This award is a call-off contract under an existing framework agreement and does not constitute a new procurement requiring separate publication. The contract was awarded in accordance with the framework terms for the provision of fibre connectivity and associated telecommunications services to support the Council's network infrastructure.
