Abstract
Merthyr Housing intend to put in place a contract with the supplier for the delivery of maintenance services for jobs with a maximum individual job value of 5,000 GBP (exc VAT), under one or more of the framework lots as set out below -Lot 1 - General Trades Lot 2 - ElectricalLot 3 - ScaffoldingThe resultant contract will be put in place for an initial term of two years with the option to extend for a period of up to one year. The estimated annual expenditure for responsive repairs and void works is approximately 600,000 GBP to 650,000 GBP (excluding VAT).Based on the maximum estimated annual expenditure of 650,000 GBP and a three-year contract term, the maximum aggregate value of orders that may be awarded under the contract is 1,950,000 GBP (excluding VAT).Individual jobs will be allocated in line with the process set out in the framework agreement.

Procurement description

Lot 3 - Scaffolding
The resultant contract will be put in place for an initial term of two years with the option to extend for a period of up to one year.
The estimated annual expenditure for responsive repairs and void works is approximately 600,000 GBP to 650,000 GBP (excluding VAT).
