Framework operation description

The Authority intends to appoint up to ten suppliers to Lot 1, five suppliers to Lot 2 and five suppliers to Lot 3. Suppliers must achieve a minimum overall quality score of 60% to be eligible for appointment to Lot 1 and 75% for Lots 2 and 3. Where fewer than the maximum number of suppliers for each Lot achieve the minimum score, only those suppliers meeting the minimum threshold will be appointed. Each project made available through this framework will be subject to competition. Each supplier named on the framework Lot will be invited on a project-by-project basis to submit a tender. It is envisaged the majority of call-off competitions will be awarded 100% on price, however, for defined categories of works identified in the framework (including higher risk or complex projects), the Authority may apply quality award criteria alongside price.

The applicable award methodology and weightings for each call off will be confirmed in the call off invitation, in accordance with the framework rules.
