The Authority reserves the right at it's sole discretion to extend this contract by one period of 12 months

1) Legal capacity - the potential supplier has the required levels of insurance we have specified as a minimum requirement
2) Legal capacity - the potential supplier completes the Procurement Checklist appropriately to provide confidence that they are compliant with the UK GDPR regs and Cybersecurity requirements
3) Legal capacity - the potential supplier provides with their Modern Slavery Policy or Statement
Conditions of participation
1) Technical ability - the potential supplier is able to demonstrate at least one example where they have provided similar services, to provide confidence to us as the contracting authority, that the Bidder has the technical ability to deliver our requirement
2) Technical ability - where the potential supplier intends to subcontract a proportion of the contract, the Bidder demonstrates how they have previously maintained healthy supply chains with their subcontractors, to provide us as the contracting authority with confidence
3) Technical ability - the potential supplier provides their Health and Safety policy or statement
4) Technical ability - the potential supplier provides a copy of the Cyber Essentials Plus Certification
5) Technical ability - the potential supplier provides details of how they ensure quality, such as an ISO Certification, Quality Statement or internal Policy.
6) Technical ability - the potential supplier provides a copy of the ISO27001 Certification or proof of future compliance
