2 Satisfactory
A satisfactory response that either:
- Addresses all of the question with satisfactory (but not good) relevant detail provided meaning that it lacks detail in some applicable areas which causes the evaluator concern; or
- Addresses the majority of the question with satisfactory (but not good) relevant detail provided meaning that it lacks detail in some applicable areas which causes the evaluator concern; and as a result, the Authority has satisfactory confidence that the bidder has the relevant experience to deliver the services in compliance with the Specification.
3 Good
A good response that either:
- Addresses all of the question with some good (but not excellent) relevant detail, but this does not cause concern; or
- Addresses the majority of the question with excellent relevant detail provided and the parts of the question not addressed do not cause the evaluator concern; or
- Addresses the majority of the question with good relevant detail provided meaning that it lacks detail in a minority of applicable areas but neither failure causes the evaluator concern; and as a result, the Authority has good confidence that the bidder has the relevant experience to deliver the services in compliance with the Specification.
4 Excellent
An excellent response that addresses all of the question, with clear and excellent relevant detail giving the Authority full confidence that the bidder has the relevant experience to deliver the services in compliance with the Specification.
