Abstract
The British Council seeks to contract a single provider to offer services for the provision of a digital platform containing English learning materials that facilitates access to virtual content, supporting language teaching and learning process within teacher-led training programs. The platform must serve as a complementary resource for these processes rather than as a standalone self-study solution or a user-managed English course.The Supplier must provide an online platform offering digital English language learning materials, together with technical support during implementation and ongoing help desk services throughout the contract term. The framework contract will have a duration of 3 years with a possible 1 annual extension.

Procurement description
The British Council seeks to contract a single provider to offer services for the provision of a digital platform containing English learning materials that facilitates access to virtual content, supporting language teaching and learning process within teacher-led training programs. The platform must serve as a complementary resource for these processes rather than as a standalone self-study solution or a user-managed English course.
The Supplier must provide an online platform offering digital English language learning materials, together with technical support during implementation and ongoing help desk services throughout the contract term. The framework contract will have a duration of 3 years with a possible 1 annual extension.
