Simple description of award criteria
Tender returns will be evaluated on the basis of the Most Advantageous Tender through a two-phase evaluation process:
• Phase 1 - Tender Evaluation (50% of final score): Tender submissions will be assessed on the basis of 70% technical quality and 30% financial.
• Phase 2 - Tender Interview (50% of final score): The three highest-scoring compliant tenderers from Phase 1 will be invited to interview.
