Abstract

Miscellaneous health services. The Trust is seeking to develop a strategic relationship with a partner to assist in implementing a transitional approach to improve the Trust's current standards of service delivery and clinical quality. The Trust is anticipating that the partner will assist the Trust in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Trust's clinical services via the introduction of operational expertise, change management capability, organisational experience of clinical service delivery, managerial resources, system integration and clinical support. The partner will also be required to support the Trust leadership team in working with local clinical commissioners to extend and refine the preferred models of care and develop effective marketing and communication channels to all stakeholders. In addition to the clinical and managerial expertise required to support the broader transformation of services, the Trust also requires the partner to act on current recommendations concerning a number of specific key services, details of which can be found in the Additional Information section to the OJEU. Going forward, the Trust requires a partner who is capable of identifying and achieving cost savings with the potential to not only deliver a cost neutral solution in terms of the balance of transformational costs and subsequent savings but will also deliver ongoing balance sheet savings over and above the cost neutral position. The Trust is a multi-location organisation and it is looking for a partner to assist in achieving its requirements across a number of localities which vary in relation to respective demographics, service models and clinical commissioning plans
