Abstract

The Council has now awarded the following contract for the supply and delivery of a bitumen based cold-applied patch repair product for potholes and other similar defects occurring in bituminous surfaces on non-trafficked and trafficked highways. The product holds the required BBA Highway Authorities Product Approval Scheme (HAPAS) certificate. The period of the contract will run from the 10 October 2016 to 09 October 2018 including the option to extend for an additional 24 months. All prices submitted are fixed for the first two years of the contract period.
