Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) wishes to hear from organisations interested in providing Intermediate Care Services in Residential and Nursing home settings within Torbay (the towns of Torquay, Paignton and Brixham in Devon, UK).
Our Requirements:
To supplement our current arrangements of block and spot beds within Torbay, the Trust is looking for a number of additional block beds in both a Residential and Nursing home setting;
— 2 nursing Paignton;
— 4 nursing Brixham;
— 2 residential Torquay;
— 2 residential Paignton;
— 2 residential Brixham.

The Services to which this Procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the ‘Regulations’).
