This lot covers the relevant servicing, installation, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any heating and appliance (and associated parts, flues and products) powered by gas and LPG. This includes examples such as, but not limited to, boilers, cookers, heaters and fires. Additional services covered within this Lot will include, but will not be limited to, flues, battery operated CO and Fire Alarms, full EPC testing and servicing and full asset auditing if required as part of a contract awarded by Members to successful bidders. The Lot will also cover stand-alone installation schemes that run outside of more generic servicing schemes such as installations resulting mainly when a boiler for example is evaluated as beyond economic repair within the parameters of the gas servicing contract. The lot also includes the provision of additional services such as but not limited to, Gas Safety inspection visits, asset /and dwelling surveys, etc.
