Conversion of Single Storey Stone Barn into an Activity Base at Gupton Farm, Freshwater West

Description of the goods or services required

The National Trust wishes to appoint an external contractor to undertake the conversion of a former milking parlour into an activity base for community projects.

The existing redundant building is located within a farm complex which now provides camping and bunkhouse facilities.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

Main contractors must be registered with Constructionline and be a SSIP member.

Participating organisations must complete the SQuID questions (pre-qualification). The National Trust will evaluate SQuID responses and accompanying information and then prepare an appropriate shortlist of organisations who will be invited to submit fee proposals for the project.
