Manned Guarding and Security Services are required to a variety of sites within the London and Quadrant Group, for Corporate offices, for Neighbourhood housing estates, for Care Schemes and Sheltered Accommodation, for Foyer Accommodation, and for Waking Watch requirements to multi-storey high rise developments as required. Geographical coverage of sites is mainly Greater London area at present but could expand as requirements dictate. Start date is 1.1.2019 for 3 years with 2 possible one year extensions subject to agreement. A small number of suppliers, a maximum of 3 or less, will be awarded to a Preferred Supplier List of Security providers.
