Emergency and Temporary Accommodation Services are required by London and Quadrant to provide short notice, short term lets and longer term lets to residents and tenants as circumstances dictate. This should be a seamless service initiated by a single point of contact with the provider who then undertakes to deal with all aspects of the accommodation requirement which could be needed anywhere within the geographical coverage of the housing stock and covering various types of household needs, such as disabled/vulnerable residents, large households, or households with pets.
