Huntingdonshire District Council (the Council) seeks to establish an Agreement(s) for the provision of Cash Collection, Cash in Transit Services and Cash Processing Services including delivery of cheques to the Council’s bank cheque processing centre (currently Nat West). The services to be provided will comprise of the secure collection, processing and consolidation and onward depositing of negotiable and non-negotiable money to high street banks, nominated cash receiving facilities, or other suitable receiving locations as specified. As part of the service, accurate records are required to be maintained, from which various reports and management information shall be presented.

A contractor to provide cash collection from premises or buildings, cash in transit services and cash processing services. Also to deliver cheques to the Nat West cheque processing centre (the Council’s bank).
Collections are from various premises or buildings; leisure centres, and country parks. The 8 sites are:
— Pathfinder House (Huntingdon),
— Eastfield House (Huntingdon),
— 5 Leisure centres in Huntingdon, St Neots, St Ives, Ramsey and Sawtry,
— a café at Hinchingbrooke country park (Huntingdon).
