The construction of a new Timber Frame Passivhaus Primary School in the heart of Welshpool. The english medium school is to cater for 340 pupils and is to be operational ready for the commencement of the 2019/2020 school year.

Sub-contract works to include the supply and install of timber weatherboarding and associated works inclusive of all labour, plant, materials and supervision as required to carry out and complete the works in full.
