Justification for any framework agreement duration exceeding 4 years: Due to the complex strategic requirements of the business, we require a long term collaborative partnership arrangement with our legal panel to ensure we receive maximum value for money and competitive value for the services. The business has long term strategic aims and projects that require continuity of service and the development of long term relationships.
