The works now being sought are for Phase 4 of the Lewisham Park Towers Works Project. London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide high quality Works supported by robust management and quality control processes. Tenderers will need to demonstrate that they have the requisite skills, infrastructure, resources and procedures already in place to perform the Contract to the standard required by London and Quadrant.
— being able to self audit all aspects of the Works to ensure that consistently high levels of service are attained, including quality checks on personnel, site work and supply chain,
— providing accurate and detailed cost information to enable forward planning and budget forecasting on a quarterly basis,
— taking responsibility for ensuring London and Quadrant’s compliance with current statutory health and safety legislation for all aspects of the Services/Works as far as their work activities are concerned.
