Description of the goods or services required
This is an Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Consultancy Services to Develop and Evaluate Local Energy Market Model options and ICT system architecture for optimisation of the Caerau Mine water District Heat Network to Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC).
BCBC are looking for a contractor to deliver two Work Packages (WP)to explore adding value to the innovative, ERDF funded Caerau Mine water Heat Scheme. With a budget of £74,999 and an anticipated project delivery period of 15 weeks, WP1 is focussed on the development and evaluation of Local Energy Market (LEM) models and options. WP2 will look at the ICT system architecture for optimisation of the District Heat Network (DHN).
