The works are divided into 4 Contract areas or lots. The lots are namely East, South, North and West Whilst Tenderers are invited to submit tenders for any or all 4 lots, the Client will not award more than 2 Contracts to a single tenderer. Tenderers are advised that the Contracts will be evaluated in the order of East, South, North and West.
