II.2.4) Description of the procurement

Pružanje medicinskih i drugih usluga za trenutačne i buduće članove osoblja EMA-e u Amsterdamu u skladu s propisima o osoblju. Usluge obuhvaćaju:

— preglede prije zapošljavanja,

— godišnje liječničke preglede,

— reviziju medicine rada,

— savjetodavne/psihološke/psihijatrijske preglede,

— vođenje i obradu dokumenata povezanih s izostancima zbog bolesti ili nezgoda,

— procjenu odluke o provođenju bolovanja u inozemstvu i opravdavanja posebnih izostanaka radi bolesti u obitelji,

— slučajeve invaliditeta,

— politike dobrobiti i zdravstvene i sigurnosne politike te sezonska cijepljenja protiv gripe.

Drugim uslugama obuhvaćeno je:

— procjene radnih stanica,

— liječnički savjeti za službena putovanja,

— podrška za kontinuitet poslovanja,

— kućni posjeti,

— utvrđivanje i ocjena rizika u prostorijama agencije,

— nabava i pohrana lijekova za potrebe pandemija gripe,

— prijenosi liječničke dokumentacije,

— osposobljavanje osoblja EMA-e o pitanjima u okviru predmeta nadmetanja i sve druge usluge koje su relevantne za predmet nadmetanja.
