WM Housing Group seeks to appoint a competent and experienced Service Provider who is best able to demonstrate the ability to undertake an organisation wide lean review of all business functions within the organisation. Further WMHG seeks a candidate that will be able to demonstrate the undertaking of organisation wide lean review process and culture change programme for organisations of a similar size and complexity, including, training lean champions developing new processes, supporting implementation of recommendations and evidencing realised benefits.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
WM Housing Group seeks to appoint a competent and experienced Service Provider who is best able to demonstrate the ability to undertake an organisation wide lean review of all business functions within the organisation. WM Housing Group is currently transforming from a federated group structure to a single operating model. This is a significant change in our operational approach and requires extensive external support to enable a transition the business processes and structures to this new approach.
