WM Housing Group is seeking to appoint a service provider to work with us to provide concierge security services for Optima Community Association, which is part of the WM Housing Group. We are looking for a service provider with an interest in providing a quality service in partnership with Optima and the residents (both tenants and leaseholders) which is customer focused and takes into account the diversity of the resident population. The service provider shall provide a concierge service that will create a safe, secure and welcoming environment for both residents and authorised visitors to the relevant areas, and enhance community safety within the flats and surrounding areas while meeting the needs of the residents.

WMHG will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period following electronic notification (minimum of 15 calendar days for any other means of communication) to unsuccessful applicants of the award decision. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the Contracting Authority before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved, the Public Contracts Regulations provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought within 30 days of the aggrieved party having knowledge of the breach.
