Abstract

Network Rail is seeking for the Concessionaire to exploit the sale of photobooth services within 19 managed stations in order to generate optimum income for Network Rail and good value for the tax payer. The output should provide station visitors and railway passengers with photographic ID that is compliant with HM Passport Office standards. The Concessionaire is required to supply, operate, maintain, clean and repair all of the photobooths throughout the duration of the concession agreement.

In addition, the Concessionaire must have the capacity to add/amend/remove photobooths at Network Rail's request and to employ appropriately qualified staff to undertake installation, servicing, consumable replenishment, maintenance and repairs of the photobooths on a national scale.

All direct costs shall be covered by the Concessionaire throughout the duration of the service. This will include maintenance and cleaning, but exclude power consumption.
