This tender is open to insurance companies who must be licensed to transact business in the categories listed either in the UK or the EC member State domicile.
III.1.2) Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:
Bidders must have an acceptable standard and poor’s rating or alternatively proof of security to the satisfaction of the contracting authority. Should this financial rating not be maintained during the term of the contract period, the contracting authority has the right to terminate the long term agreement.

Copy of last 3 years AnnualReport and accounts standard and poor's (or equivalent) rating.
