II.1.4) Short description
NIE Networks has a requirement to maintain a safe and roadworthy fleet. As part of this obligation it is necessary to carry out timely and proper repairs to vehicles that have been damaged as a result of an accident. NIE Networks wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a contractor for this service requirement.
One framework agreement will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) for a period of 5 years with the option to extend (entirely at NIE Networks sole discretion) for a period of up to 3 years (8 years in total). The estimated value range(excluding VAT) of the tender is as follows:
— 5-year value: up to 560 000 GBP,
— 8-year value: up to 900 000 GBP.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
