Total quantity or scope of tender

The construction of a new Third Generation (3G) artificial pitch with 60mm long pile to either FIFA quality or World Rugby compliant.

The excavation of existing redgra and turf pitch areas and regrading and levelling for the construction of a new pitch.

Installation of a new drainage system, perimeter fencing, perimeter path and spectator rail. Floodlighting including new incoming mains supply.

Enhanced landscaping and screening in the form of a bund and planting to meet ecology requirements.
