The proposed works contract is for the development of 119 units of social housing and includes the extension and refurbishment of the Sean Dolans GAA Club including provision of a 3G pitch works include site clearance; cut and fill; lime stabilisation; piling; retaining walls; the construction of 119 houses and apartments; refurbishment and extension of a sports facility; provision of a 3G pitch; all engineering services and site development works; provision of a play park, nature trail and allotments.
