Abstract

The Velindre University NHS Trust require a Technical Consultant to help them deliver the Competitive Dialogue Process / Final Business Case Development of the proposed new Velindre Cancer Centre, to be built at Whitchurch, Cardiff. The Trust therefore requires a competent Technical Consultant with an Engineering perspective with design acumen and significant operational experience; implementation of preferably Health Care related facilities; preferable experience of a competitive dialogue process; the ability to understand and navigate proposals in accordance with operational requirements of a hospital facility
