The authority is looking to procure 2 service providers to partner with to deliver repairs, maintenance, compliance and investment works to properties, broken down into 2 lots (1: North and 2: South) plus communal areas, community centres, boiler houses and garages
Organisations may bid for both lots, however can only be successful for one lot.
Should any service provider be the winning bidder for both lots, they will be asked to choose their preferred lot.
The contract will run for a period of 5 years of the initial contract term making the expiry date 31.3.2025.
The contract will have an option to extend by 5 x 12 monthly periods making the latest possible end date 31.3.2030.
