To provide an on-site desk side engineer who can provide 1st and 2nd line support to approximately 185 users across a number of different technologies at 5 different offices located in the South Downs National Park during standard business hours. The technical environment to be supported includes, but is not limited to, Windows; MS Office; MS Exchange; MS Project; MS Visio; thin client terminals; Windows laptops; Apple Macs; Apple and Android tablets; smartphones; VoIP and video conferencing. SDNPA’s business applications are predominantly accessed via, or run on, servers remotely located at another supplier’s data centre and SDNPA users access the environment using remote desktop technology.
