Lot 1: Preventative Maintenance of Existing Black Cat ITS counters. This contract covers the provision of support for Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) traffic count sites, including the maintenance, repair and installation of both ITS enabled Black Cat Counters in addition to our traditional (non ITS) traffic and cycle count equipment. The estimated total value of the contract is stated in II.1.5) of this notice and is for the initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extensions. For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of Lot 1 — preventative maintenance of existing black cat ITS counters will be approximately 26 000 GBP. The contract will be awarded for an initial term of 5 years, with the option to extend the contract up to 1 further year. Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.
