Ayrshire Housing required a suitably qualified electrical contractor to deliver their 5 year electrical inspection and remedial works and portable appliance testing contract. All works to be in accordance with the current edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations(18th Edition).
The works comprise the inspection, identification and locating of faults and remedial works to the electrical installations and portable appliance testing within predominantly low rise occupied residential properties which are dispersed throughout Ayrshire.

This VEAT Notice is being published to alert the industry to the assignation of this contract from Invincible Security Ltd to ADT Fire and Security. This is due to the buyout of Invincible by ADT. The contract included an assignation clause. The contract was originally procured via publication in the Official Journal in 2018. Invincible Security Ltd were the successful contractor.
