The Guinness Partnership Ltd and all its subsidiaries wish to procure a preferred supplier list framework to support the in house recruitment team with all temporary vacancies, care hour vacancies and those permanent positions that cannot be filled by the in house team. Services are to be provided across a range of roles and disciplines including vacancies in our care homes and within property trades.
Guinness currently has over 3 000 employees and recruit approximately 1 000 permanent and fixed term contract positions, have 350+ temporary vacancies and approximately 65 500 care hour vacancies per annum. Approximately 95 % of permanent requirements are fulfilled by Guinness’ recruitment team.
The appointed suppliers will be expected to facilitate the recruitment process via Guinness' Applicant Tracking System.
