The contract value of 56 500 000,00 GBP quoted in this notice is based on the estimated turnover of the contractor which is the substantive value of this contract.

The operate and maintain part of the contract will involve the management of the leisure facilities at the contractor's risk but will include an annual payment, from the contractor to the authority, of 380 517 GBP.
