Abstract

To deliver an IT system that facilitates the permitting, monitoring, reporting and verification of UK green house gas emissions in line with relevant legislation, as well as maintenance and support of the system and optional additional development services. It is intended that this system will form a vital part of the UK emissions trading scheme, as well as inform the carbon emissions tax in the event the UK leaves the European Union without a withdrawal agreement.
