Explanation
This is a 3-year co-term renewal direct with Oracle for software support and maintenance through My Oracle support on a number of separate agreements across the year. This renewal is a direct replacement for the in-situ licences and therefore will negate the University purchasing these services via alternative providers.The intended agreement includes appropriate comprehensive support in line with the current agreement and adheres to current contract terms and conditions.
