South Wales Fire and Rescue Service (SWFRS) is seeking a supplier to provide Cisco hardware, software, support and licences to replace our existing Wireless LAN Controller with a replacement that is compatible with the existing wireless access point infrastructure.

Total quantity or scope of tender
Several wireless access points are required in addition to the controller, in order to prove this technology within the Service network. The existing wireless access point infrastructure will not be within the scope of this contract and will continue to be used within the Service.
100 Cisco DNA Essential licenses will also be required to enable all access points (existing and new) to be controlled by the new controller.
SWFRS require an 8 hour, 5 days a week, next business day response within this contract.
