Abstract
The works are to be carried out at three separate locations within Cimla Hospital, former Brynedd and Glannant Wards and Admin block.
The works at Cimla consist of general refurbishment / conversion works The works will include replacement floor coverings, ceilings tiles, lighting and redecoration along with the provision of additional power sockets and computer data points in dado trunking. There will be an element of stripping out the existing sanitary ware inc WHB’s and making safe the redundant pipework.
Should tender returns prove to be above budget a VE exercise will take place.
Bidders will also need to confirm that they are able to complete the works within 12 weeks of the start of the Contract.
