Abstract

Hywel Dda University Health Board is looking to commission a provider to support, facilitate and deliver a Reverse Mentoring Programme. The purpose of the programme will be to encourage our Board members as leaders to connect with staff on a deeper level, listen and understand their individual perceptions and experiences and take action in response.
